MBI Companies Inc., in joint venture with Treanor Architects, provided planning and design services for the new $12.2 million Campbell County Justice Center. The project delivers a modern, 232-bed detention facility while expanding court and sheriff operations to meet current and future needs.
The phased approach allowed the county to maintain critical jail operations throughout construction. Demolition was carefully sequenced so the existing kitchen and laundry remained functional until the new facilities came online.
