Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Position Overview

  • With the MAIN focus making sure the welcome area is covered at all times.

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; performs minor office upkeep.

  • Receptionist Job Duties: Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing miscellaneous tasks as needed.

  • Receptionist Skills and Qualifications: Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization Informing, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management, Adobe product knowledge helpful.

    Professional/Business Casual Attire Required.

    Education: High School Diploma or GED

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5
