MBI Helps Cromwell Hills Housing Development with a New Look

Working with the Chattanooga Housing Authority, MBI helped design a new look for the Cromwell Hills housing development four decades after its initial opening. Two hundred units across 63 buildings underwent interior and exterior renovations including new exterior siding, energy efficient replacement windows and doors, full interior rework of electrical and plumbing systems, integration of central HVAC, replacement and upgrade of all finishes, fixtures, and equipment with energy efficient appliances and LED lighting.
