At MBI, we are passionate about giving back to our community. We believe that we can contribute to improve lives through good design actively through charitable action, hands-on volunteering, and our commitment to creating positive, lasting impact on the communities where we live and work.

Our team regularly contributes time and expertise to nonprofit organizations, supports educational outreach and mentorship programs, and participates in initiatives that promote equity, sustainability, and access to design. From supporting students and emerging professionals to funding causes that align with our values, community engagement is an essential part of who we are—because thoughtful design begins with compassion and connection.
