MBI designed the new expansion at the Eagleton College & Career Acadamy (ECCA). The project aimed to renovate and modernize the academy’s facilities to cater to the needs of students better. The primary focus of the project was the construction of the new career technical education (CTE building and an athletic facility. The CTE building occupies a vast space of 12,300 SF and houses several essential facilities to facilitate learning for students. Among the facilities to be included in the building are the traditional classrooms to cater to agriculture, criminal justice, HVAC, and STEM courses. The building will also feature two spacious shop bay spaces intended for HVAC and agriculture shop classes. The CTE building’s design was designed for future orientation with the possibility of two additional science lab classrooms to be added in another phase.
