MBI is seeking a motivated and experienced Survey CADD Technician to join our Survey Team. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for performing duties both clerical and technical.

• Interaction with local municipalities, planning departments, utility providers, contractors, field crew, project managers, etc.
• Strong understanding of surveying principals.
• Must be able to utilize Autocad Civil 3D.
• Prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary & Topographic Surveys, As-built Surveys and Subdivision Plats.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented.
