Chris is a seasoned civil engineer with 30 years of experience and leads MBI’s Civil Department. His work includes civil, utility, and stormwater design for commercial, industrial, government, education, hospitality, and residential projects. He manages project strategy, client relationships, schedules, budgets, and construction oversight.
