Working with the developer, MBI helped University of Tennessee Medical Center expand their medical reach into the Morristown area. The 52,000 SF facility was designed with future expansion potential of up to 70,000 SF. MBI’s involvement extended to working with other tenants to establish an Occupational Health Center for Healthstar and an Outpatient Test Center for Lab Corp.
