MBI partnered with Dr. Alex Dulaney to renovate and expand an existing commercial building into a modern, full-service veterinary clinic in Greeneville, Tennessee. The project transformed approximately 7,800 square feet into a state-of-the-art facility designed to support both small and large animal care.

The renovation included a complete interior and exterior overhaul to improve workflow, patient care, and client experience. The new layout features a welcoming reception area, 10 exam rooms, two treatment rooms, and two fully equipped surgery suites. The facility also includes integrated kennel spaces, a dedicated large animal reception area, and a fully stocked pharmacy.

Additional improvements included selective building expansions within the existing structure and the addition of an enclosed drive-through canopy to enhance client convenience and operational efficiency. A new parking area further improves accessibility for staff and visitors.

The design prioritizes efficiency, durability, and comfort while supporting a growing veterinary practice. This adaptive reuse project revitalizes an existing building and expands access to high-quality veterinary services in the Greeneville community.
