MBI designed a new high school for grades 9–12 with capacity for 2,000 students, along with the renovation of an existing middle school. The project creates a unified, modern campus that supports both daily instruction and community use.

At the center of the high school, a large student commons serves as a hub for gathering during the school day and for after-hours events. Major assembly spaces—including the gymnasium, auditorium, cafeteria, and library—connect directly to this central area to support flexible use and efficient circulation.

The auditorium was designed as a multi-functional venue. A flat floor allows the space to serve as a performance hall, banquet venue, expanded cafeteria space, and host for smaller athletic events such as volleyball and wrestling.

Interior circulation spaces enhance both function and visual interest. Hallways feature sloped ceilings and angled walls that create alcoves for vending areas. Recessed classroom entrances add depth and variety, while color-coded corridors improve wayfinding throughout the building.

Each classroom includes individual HVAC systems using ductless mini-splits, interactive smart boards, built-in storage, and dedicated teacher workstations. These features support comfort, technology integration, and efficient teaching environments.
