MBI conducted an interior build out of an unused approximately 5,000 SF second floor space in the current United Way office of downtown Cleveland. The building was originally known as the historic Princess Theater built in the early 1900’s and converted to office in the 80’s. MBI’s was commissioned to convert the undeveloped second floor into a collaborative office space to incubate 15 to 20 non-profit organizations. MBI cleverly turned a windowless unfinished space into a busy, bright, & vibrant business incubator to “solve the most complex social problems in the Ocoee Region with a spirit of collaboration.”
