Smith & Wesson’s new corporate headquarters and production facility is located on a 236-acre site in Maryville, Tennessee. MBI Companies were engaged by the Blount County Partnership during the site selection process. They helped Blount County compete successfully with other locations through concept planning and visioning for the undeveloped property.
Delivered using a design-build approach, MBI developed master planning concepts that demonstrated the site’s long-term potential and flexibility. The master plan includes future phases for a customer experience center and shooting academy, supporting brand engagement and continued growth.
MBI provided comprehensive architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction services for the project. Completed in 2024, the 610,000-square-foot facility includes approximately 118,000 square feet of Class A office space. It also has 492,000 square feet of production and warehouse space.
The facility supports advanced manufacturing operations establishing a modern corporate campus that reflects Smith & Wesson’s brand, operational needs, and long-term expansion goals.
