MBI partnered with a local architecture firm to design a 105,000-square-foot, two-story medical technology education facility for a community college. The project consolidates all medical technology programs into a single, state-of-the-art building focused on hands-on learning.

The facility includes classrooms, lecture halls for up to 200 students, and simulation labs that replicate real healthcare environments. These labs model hospital rooms, operating rooms, and imaging suites such as X-ray and radiology spaces. Classrooms support global learning through teleconferencing, video conferencing, and integrated smart multimedia systems.

Located at the main campus entrance, the building creates a new, modern identity. A curved façade follows the entry boulevard for vehicular traffic, while a two-story lobby and central circulation spine align with pedestrian pathways. The lobby also functions as a flexible gathering space for events and guest speakers.

Sustainable features include a high-efficiency well-water heat-exchange HVAC system, efficient landscape irrigation, and renewable cork flooring on the main level.
