MBI worked with the City of East Ridge to design a new 4,850 SF animal shelter to serve the community helping with pet rescues and adoptions. The building contains:

• Kennels for dogs and cats
• Storage room for equipment and food
• Food preparation room
• Meet and greet room
• Laundry facilities
• Medical room
• Quarantine facilities
• Covered parking area
• Restrooms
• Dog exercise area

Special attention was paid to the exterior of the facility to ensure there was ample parking and vehicle circulation.
