MBI designed a new expansion for Eagleton College & Career Academy (ECCA) to support hands-on learning and modern career-focused education. The project focused on renovating and expanding campus facilities to better serve students enrolled in college and career readiness programs.

A central component of the project is a new 12,300-square-foot Career and Technical Education (CTE) building. The facility provides dedicated instructional spaces for agriculture, criminal justice, HVAC, and STEM programs. Traditional classrooms support academic instruction, while two large shop bay areas accommodate HVAC and agriculture shop courses, allowing students to gain real-world, skills-based experience.

The CTE building was designed with future growth in mind. The layout allows for the addition of two science lab classrooms in a future phase, ensuring long-term flexibility as academic programs evolve.

The project also includes a new athletic facility, further supporting student development through expanded extracurricular and physical education opportunities. Together, these improvements strengthen ECCA’s mission to prepare students for post-secondary education, workforce entry, and technical careers.
