MBI collaborated with the University of Tennessee Medical Center to expand medical services in the Halls area. The 57,000 SF renovated building provides comprehensive and specialty healthcare services from UTMC and other healthcare tenants. Adapting the site of a former grocery store, MBI created state-of-the-art healthcare spaces for UTMC services and physician practices. Suites include outpatient, laboratory, primary care, offices, cardiology, time share, pulmonary, women’s care, obstetric, sleep test center, imaging, urgent care, chemotherapy, infusion, and physical therapy services.
