MBI partnered with the developer to support the University of Tennessee Medical Center’s expansion into the Morristown, Tennessee market. Aimed at extending access to high-quality healthcare services in the region, the 53,437 SF medical facility can accommodate future growth with an expansion potential of up to 70,000 square feet.
In addition to serving UT Medical Center, MBI collaborated with multiple healthcare tenants to deliver a comprehensive outpatient destination. The facility includes an Occupational Health Center for Healthstar and an Outpatient Testing Center for LabCorp. These additions create a multi-tenant medical environment that supports preventive care, diagnostics, and employer-based health services.
The project enhances regional healthcare access while providing a flexible, scalable medical office design to meet evolving community needs.
