MBI provided architectural and engineering services to support Florida Hospital’s freestanding urgent care rollout program. This program was focused on both the Central Florida and Maryland markets. It expands access to convenient, high-quality healthcare through strategically located outpatient facilities.

Each urgent care center measures approximately 5,000 square feet and is designed to support efficient patient flow and rapid treatment. Facilities include triage areas, multiple patient exam rooms, trauma treatment rooms, and an on-site X-ray suite to support diagnostic services.

The standardized yet flexible design allows Florida Hospital to deliver consistent care across multiple locations. It also adapts to local site requirements and healthcare regulations.
