Following a comprehensive facility needs assessment, MBI provided full architectural and engineering design services. For the complete renovation of Heritage High School’s science wing, outdated classrooms, laboratories, collaboration areas, and staff spaces were transformed. It became a modern learning environment designed to support today’s high school science curriculum.

The renovation included full interior demolition and reconfiguration maximizing functionality, flexibility, and student engagement. Bright hallway accents and integrated design elements introduce energy and creativity into the space. They foster curiosity and motivation while creating a vibrant academic atmosphere.

The new science laboratories support dynamic, hands-on learning. Configurable workstations allow seamless transitions between lecture-based instruction and lab experimentation. Updated laboratory equipment and integrated technology enhance instructional opportunities for both students and teachers, delivering a future-ready STEM learning environment.
