MBI provided design services for multiple Career & Technical Education (CTE) projects that are located within existing Knox County Schools facilities. Completed in 2022 through 2024 in three phases, projects were located at the following high schools throughout Knox County: Austin-East, Bearden, Carter, Central, Farragut, Fulton, Gibbs, Halls, Hardin Valley Academy, Karns, L&N Stem Academy, Powell, South Doyle, and West.

CTE facilities include school stores run by business and supply chain management students, cosmetology training rooms, culinary arts kitchens, automotive repair shops, and more.
