This project involved a full-scale renovation of a corporate office that had remained largely untouched since the 1980s. The primary objective was to modernize the space while preserving and enhancing the distinctive Mastercraft identity. The redesign brought a fresh, contemporary aesthetic with thoughtful updates such as replacing and adding windows to maximize natural light and energy efficiency, refreshing the exterior with a new EIFS system, and reconfiguring the floor plan to accommodate a new C-suite office.  

Additional improvements included dedicated meeting spaces, upgraded ceilings, and flooring materials, a re-vitalized employee cafe with outdoor seating, and a visually striking balcony redesign – all aimed at fostering a more dynamic, collaborative, and inspiring work environment.
