This project involved a full renovation of a corporate office that had remained largely unchanged since the 1980s. The goal was to modernize the workplace while reinforcing the distinctive Mastercraft brand identity.

The redesign introduced a clean, contemporary aesthetic and improved building performance. Key upgrades included new and expanded window openings to increase natural daylight and energy efficiency, a refreshed exterior with a new EIFS façade system, and a reconfigured interior layout to accommodate a new C-suite office suite.

Interior improvements focused on collaboration and employee experience. The project added dedicated meeting rooms, upgraded ceiling systems and flooring materials, and a revitalized employee café with outdoor seating. A redesigned balcony creates a visually striking feature and supports informal gathering and collaboration.

The completed renovation delivers a modern, efficient, and inspiring corporate workplace that supports leadership, teamwork, and long-term growth.
