MBI partnered with Monroe County to design and construct a new Agricultural Arena that supports livestock events and agricultural education. It also supports community gatherings. The project delivers a modern, flexible venue. It is designed to serve a wide range of agricultural and public uses.
The development includes a 66,000-square-foot open-air agricultural arena and a 5,600-square-foot enclosed barn. It also includes a 3,500-square-foot storage building, along with associated site improvements. All structures consist of pre-engineered metal buildings. They provide durability, efficiency, and cost-effective construction.
The completed Ag Arena strengthens Monroe County’s agricultural infrastructure. Additionally, it creates a versatile facility for fairs, shows, competitions, and community events.
