MBI partnered with Monroe County to design a new Agricultural Arena that supports livestock events and agricultural education. Supporting community gatherings, the project delivers a modern, flexible venue designed to serve a wide range of agricultural and public uses.
The development includes a 66,000-square-foot open-air agricultural arena and a 5,600-square-foot enclosed barn. It also includes a 3,500-square-foot storage building, along with associated site improvements. All structures consist of pre-engineered metal buildings. They provide durability, efficiency, and cost-effective construction.
The completed Ag Arena will strengthen Monroe County’s agricultural infrastructure. Additionally, it will create a versatile facility for fairs, shows, competitions, and community events.
