The Regal Pinnacle Stadium 18 at Turkey Creek project enhanced the guest experience from arrival to end-of-show. The project included a full renovation of the existing lobby to create a new ticketing experience, expanded concessions, full-service bar, along with the addition of a new arcade on the mezzanine level.

Wayfinding, lighting, and finish upgrades established a cohesive identity while focusing on guest comfort. Restroom renovations and updated queuing areas reduced congestion during peak showtimes while reorganized back-of-house paths streamlined service routes for staff.

Mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems were selectively upgraded to support renovated auditorium stadiums which were converted to powered recliner seating. The modernization of the auditoriums necessitated new seating layouts, enhanced audiovisual equipment, and the environmental demands, especially in 4DX theater experience installation.

Together, the renovations reposition the theater as a contemporary entertainment destination that balances premium amenities with efficient daily operations.
