Southeastern Dermatology Consultants commissioned a new 6,100-square-foot facility to expand patient services and support future growth. Located within an existing office park, the building was carefully planned to address site circulation, scale, and positioning while accommodating consultation, examination, procedure, and retail spaces.

The exterior design features warm, residential-scale proportions with pitched roofs, generous windows, and a palette of brick and natural stone that reflects the regional character of East Tennessee. Reflective glazing provides privacy, while architectural accents highlight the main entrance and enhance visibility from the adjacent roadway.

Interior planning prioritizes efficient patient and staff flow while creating a calm, welcoming environment. Exam and procedure rooms line the perimeter to maximize natural light, with intuitive circulation from check-in to check-out. The facility includes dedicated procedure support spaces, ample equipment storage, a patient lounge, and a retail and product education area. Warm neutral finishes, spa-inspired materials, and durable, flexible casework support both patient comfort and long-term operational efficiency.
