MBI provided land surveying, civil and electrical engineering to Spectra Tech for completion of the Southwest Point Amphitheater in Kingston. Scope of work included permitting, site development, grading, drainage, erosion and sedimentation.
The amphitheater overlooks Watts Bar Lake providing a one-of-a-kind lake front setting for live outdoor concerts, arts performances, and other events. The facility can accommodate over 1,000 guests. The venue includes a covered stage, nearby rest rooms and handicap parking.
