This five-story SpringHill Suites hotel began as a Marriott Gen 3 prototype and evolved into a custom-designed hospitality project. While the guest rooms follow the Gen 3 layout standards, the public spaces and material palette feature a unique, site-specific design rather than a prototype solution.

The hotel targets the leisure travel market and includes indoor and outdoor pools, meeting spaces, and inviting common areas designed for guest comfort and flexibility. Its layout and amenities respond to the location and surrounding context.

The CMU and plank construction features exterior materials such as shake siding, EIFS, and stone veneer to reflect the natural character of the area. The project also introduced a custom porte-cochere design, which received approval from Marriott and enhances both curb appeal and guest arrival experience.
