Located in Orlando, Florida, MBI worked with Universal Creative to help bring to life another exciting component of the Harry Potter experience. Given the complex nature of the project, Universal Creative made the decision to have the architectural and engineering team use BIM/Revit to develop the construction documents for the project.
MBI was the BIM Architect and teamed with the Architect-of-Record to further develop the design drawings created by Universal Creative into full construction documents that were then used for fast track project delivery by the Construction Manager. MBI was also the Mechanical Engineer-of-Record and provided BIM/Revit document production support for the Electrical Engineer-of-Record.
