MBI partnered with University Eye Surgeons to design a state-of-the-art optical examination and treatment physician suite. The project delivers a modern clinical environment that supports patient care, staff efficiency, and practice growth.

The suite includes central administrative and business offices, 12 exam and treatment rooms, a laser room, procedure room, and diagnostic and testing areas. Additional spaces include physician offices, a welcoming waiting area, and a public optical retail area for eyewear sales.

The design prioritizes patient-centered care while streamlining clinical workflows. Clear circulation, efficient space planning, and a comfortable atmosphere create an environment that is both staff-efficient and patient-friendly.
