MBI partnered with the University of Tennessee Medical Center (UTMC) to renovate approximately 8,450 square feet and create a new emergency treatment pod. The project expands emergency care capacity while improving patient flow and staff efficiency.
The renovation added 18 new exam and treatment rooms, a centralized nurse station with a medical support core, and dedicated staff support areas. New break rooms, locker rooms, and essential support spaces complete the unit and allow the emergency pod to function independently.
The finished space enhances UTMC’s emergency services by providing a modern, efficient treatment environment designed to meet growing patient demand.
