Hörmann Door Manufacturing Facility
MBI provided architecture, engineering and currently owner’s representation services for a 320,000 SF manufacturing and office facility for the German based Hörmann, LLC in Sparta, TN. Hörmann is the leading door manufacturer in Europe and is expanding their sectional and overhead door production into in the United States. The new facility consists of 300,000 SF of manufacturing space and 20,000 SF for offices, classrooms, and a showroom for product display.
