MBI provided full architecture and engineering design services for Blount Community Church. Designed as Phase I of a multi-phased project, the new facility is 24,000 SF with a 700-seat sanctuary (future expansion to 1,500), large lobby and greeting area, church offices, daycare rooms, and a youth group room. Full site work included public utility extensions, a new highway entrance drive, and 300 parking spaces.
