MBI provided architectural, engineering, and ongoing owner’s representation services for a 320,000-square-foot manufacturing and office facility for Hörmann, LLC in Sparta, Tennessee. Hörmann, a Germany-based company and the leading door manufacturer in Europe, expanded its sectional and overhead door production operations into the United States.
The facility includes 300,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 20,000 square feet dedicated to offices, classrooms, and a product showroom. The design supports efficient production workflows. Moreover, it showcases Hörmann’s products and brand to customers and partners.
This project strengthens Hörmann’s U.S. manufacturing presence and delivers a modern industrial facility designed for long-term growth and operational performance.
